The May 4th torch is passed down from generation to generation. On May 4, Xianning City to commemorate the founding of the Communist Youth League of China 90th anniversary of the general assembly and art performance was held in the municipal government conference center. Huang Chuping, Secretary of Xianning CPC Municipal Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of Xianning Municipal People's Congress attended and made an important speech.
